FRP slurry circulating pipe is an inevitable trend to replace steel lined with rubber pipe and steel lined with ceramic pipe. In the past, steel lined with rubber pipe and steel lined with ceramic pipe need to be trial installed on site to determine the final size and return to the factory, finally install onsite. Construction period is long and maintenance time after damage is even more difficult to accept. There isn’t enough time to install when there are changes on site, Installation limitation is too small, the requirement of condition is more stringent. The basic material for steel lined with rubber pipe and steel lined with ceramic pipe is iron pipe. Rubber and ceramic need to be adhered on metal surface, but different substances have different coefficients of thermal expansion, especially it is easier to fall off and age seriously when sudden cool and heat. Slurry circulating pipe made by FYGRP all adopts FRP material, there is no problem of delamination and different thermal expansion coefficient. The abrasion layer filler is silicon carbide which is the same as spray head material. Abrasion coefficient is very high. Outside surface is aging treated, which doesn’t occur problems under wind and sunlight. Flexible joint type on site, including flange connection and butt joint etc. which greatly reduce manufacture period and maintenance time.
