Properties: light weight and high-strength, easy to install and transport, compared with the traditional rubber lined tank, transportation and integrity has a qualitative improvement. It can work stably at different temperature and erosion of various media.

PVDF-FRP equipment

PVDF-FRP equipment is a new product recently developed by our company. This kind of equipment uses PVDF as inner liner and make FRP reinforced layer outside using filament winding process controlled by computer. It is an ideal product that is high temperature resistance and  strong corrosive medium resistance.

1、Main Features of PVDF

PVDF - polyvinylidene fluoride, is a high-molecular polymer with density of 1.78 g/cm3, excellent corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, and good abrasion resistance and low friction coefficient. Temperature resistance can up to 150℃, it can be used at 100℃ for a long time, good aging resistance, high UV resistance, good electrical insulation and thermal stability.

2、Equipment Specifications of FRP/PVDF

FRP/PVDF vessel and non-standard equipment specifications made by our company currently are as follows: diameter 1000-4000 mm volume:10-100m3.PVDF lining thickness :2 mm,3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm.

3、Applications：

Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, PVDF has been widely used to make pipe fittings, valves, gears, bearings, pump components in many fields such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmacy, papermaking, food and nuclear industries etc. FRP/PVDF storage tanks and non-standard equipment can be used in fields of strong corrosive acids such as concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid etc.

FRP Pickling tank

Application areas of FRP acid washing tank are as follows: wire, steel strip and rolling plate, steel pipe, activated carbon production, rare earth extraction, electroplating galvanizing and other industries.

Pickling tank: pickling work, in the process of cold and hot rolling, has been a outstanding problem troubled steel enterprises for many years, because its working temperature is too high, FRP production equipment in domestic can’t withstand the working temperature and only be sighed. Pickling tank, for cold-rolling strip steel, designed and manufactured by our company, represents the new development technology of composite materials in China. It come into service, also foreign experts were very satisfied with the product quality and delivery time of our company. 

Acid mist purification tower: A new type of stair ring packing (or spherical polyhedral hollow packing) is built in acid mist flue gas tower. Gas-liquid contact specific surface area is large; When the exhaust gas passes through the distribution plate, the gas is evenly distributed in polyhedral hollow sphere, each in point contact, followed by a "W" route, avoiding biased flow, non-blocking nozzles spray evenly, the gas-liquid mixing efficiency is upto 90-95%. Countercurrent absorbing liquid (neutralizing liquid H2SO4 or NaOH automatic adding treatment equipment) does atomization spray washing to achieve clean effect, adding neutralizing liquid to remove harmful gas from exhaust gas. Generally equip with two-stage spray device and form more layers of spray device to achieve high efficiency purification according to the different gas concentration.

FRP droplet separator and waste acid filter.

Application areas of FRP droplet separator and waste acid filter are as follows: cold rolled pickling stainless steel and strip steel cold rolled pickling industry etc.

The droplet separator is used in the process of hydrochloric acid exhaust gas discharge. The gas is cooled when meet packing, resulting accumulation of small molecules of waste acid, thus eliminate into waste acid pipe for recycling. 

The middle of waste acid filter is baffle plate type with dense opening. 

when waste acid flow through filter, particles and crystals will be filtered out through the baffle plate. It is suggested that set a layer of FRP mesh on top of baffle plate to greatly reduce the passability of particles and clogging frequency of filter.
